This Asthma Log has been designed for use within the education sector such as for schools, colleges and nurseries. Safety First Aid Group created this log in response to changes in legislation which now allow schools to hold asthma inhalers for use in an emergency.

The log contains a range of information on how to deal with an asthma attack as well as a range of forms to record information such as which parents have provided permission for an emergency asthma inhaler to be used for their child, logging when an emergency asthma inhaler has been used and when the asthma inhaler kit has been checked.

This log also includes a range of specimen letters that can be used as a template when needing to communicate with parents such as to gain permission for using an emergency asthma inhaler with their child and informing the parents when an emergency asthma inhaler has been used.

The inserts are full colour pre-punched A4 sheets.
