DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery on orders will be approx 3-4 business working days* from when your order is placed - should you place your order over a weekend - your order will be processed the next business working day i.e Monday.

Should you have a time critical delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us on our contact details and we will confirm a delivery cost, delivery date and delivery method with you.

Our delivery charges are for web based transactions only.

Our delivery charges of £4.95 are for UK mainland & Northern Ireland only and free delivery is on all orders over £50.

For international deliveries a flat rate of £9.95 will be charged.

* Exemption to this is Road Traffic signs, First Aid Kits & products and Aluminium Posts  - delivery on these items will be approx. 7-10 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

Should for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from British Safety Signs we can arrange a replacement or a return.

We have a 30 day no quibble returns policy. Just call our Customer Service team, or email our customer services team on info@britishsafetysigns.co.uk, we will then issue you with the returns number and arrange a replacement should this be required. (Subject to T&C’s)

Should you need to return anything at all it would be helpful if you could provide the following information, in order to speed up the return:

Your Purchase order number or British Safety Signs Sales Order number.

Details of the goods and quantities you wish to return, or replace.

Confirmation that the goods are in a resalable condition and in their original packaging.

You must notify us in writing and you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods must be returned in the same condition you received them in. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will process your refund as soon as possible (within 7 days). We will refund the price of the product, but not the cost of you returning the Goods to us.
