FAQS
When will my order be delivered? Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days - British Safety Signs or the delivery company used will email/text you with confirmation of booking & tracking details.
How much is the delivery charge? UK orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £4.95, orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. International orders are charged a flat rate of £9.95.
You can place an order as a Guest or you can alternatively register an online account, where you can set your password and view all orders placed on our website. This enables you to re-order signage at ease without having to add your details time and time again
How do i find a product? To find a product you can either use the search bar using keywords or through the mega menu. If have the product SKU, you can use this SKU in the search bar to find your product.
How do i return a product? If you are unhappy with your product, fill in the returns form which you will receive with your delivery and return to British Safety Signs within 7 days. Alternatively, please call us on 01772 910531
CRE ATING AN ACCOUNT WITH BSS
You can create an Customer account with British Safety Signs, this enables you to see past order and pay by credit card or Paypal. Should you wish to set up a Trade Account with your own portal area for branded signage and to pay by invoice, please email info@britishsafetysigns.co.uk and we can arrange this for you!
